This is your gentle reminder to be nice to people working in hospitality, even when they get it wrong. Working countless hours, eating on their feet, missing out on festivities with friends and family and wearing themselves out are things all hospitality workers will be familiar with over the years. So, if they do get it wrong, and your coffee comes with the wrong syrup or they forget to swap your salad for chips, just remember how hard they're working to try and make your experience special. Please be nice, it costs nothing.
