Did You Know? Digest ►►► https://youtu.be/NVAbGcWhO40 Don Ritchie, who was known as the "Angel of The Gap" for his efforts to prevent suicides at a popular suicide spot in Sydney, Australia, is believed to have saved more than 160 people from committing suicide over a period of more than 50 years. Ritchie lived near The Gap, a cliff-side location in Sydney that had become known as a place where people came to commit suicide. Ritchie made it a personal mission to reach out to anyone he saw at The Gap who appeared to be in distress, and he is credited with saving many lives through his kindness, compassion, and willingness to listen. Ritchie passed away in 2012 at the age of 85, but his legacy as a protector and helper to those in need lives on.
