A woman was caught on police body camera footage verbally abusing an officer in a racist tirade after she was pulled over during a routine traffic stop in San Dimas, California. The woman was pulled over last month after a Los Angeles County Sheriff's deputy apparently spotted her using a cell phone while driving.
