Yes, the eggs are made in urine, and
they have been making it for
thousands of years! The urine is
gathered from local schools and the
very best comes from boys under 10
years old. “They pee in buckets and
we collect it fresh every day,"
explained chef Lu Ming."
Ming says that the eggs are delicious
and healthy and make you stay awake
and sharp. Ming is looking forward to
a project to export Urine eggs to other
countries and make it 'A big thing'
