The U.S. federal government food stamp program, part of the U.S. Dept. of Agriculture, is pleased to currently be distributing the greatest amount of food stamps ever in our nation's history.


Meanwhile, the U.S. National Park Service, also part of the U.S.Dept. of Agriculture, asks us "Please do not feed the animals" as the animals may grow dependent on these handouts and not learn to take care of themselves.
