Passed IN SECRET by Obama. Also can apply to anyone Obama doesn't like or anyone that he does like and wants to protect (e.g his team running his reelection campaign.) Be sure to see the video by Judge Andrew Napolitano.
Maybe that's what Obama wanted to pass onto Russia's President Putin on the "open mike" reelection remark a few weeks ago,

Can you believe the audacity?!!! Hard to believe Congress passed this law. Can you imagine what this Country will be like if Obama is reelected?
New law makes it illegal to protest in the presence of the Secret Service!!!

This means that, wherever Obama is, you do not have a right to ask him anything you want or to challenge him, or hold up an anti-Obama sign.
His Secret Service can have you arrested (FELONY, not misdemeanor!), fined, and imprisoned for more than a YEAR if you ask him something he or they don’t like.
The same applies to ANYONE he assigns his Secret Service agents to protect..
Does this sound as if he’s more like a dictator than a Lincoln to you?

Most people are totally oblivious & unaware of this law, so I'm sending this info on. It just might be the scariest thing this guy has done to date.
It was signed into law by “Obama” in March, 2012 in secrecy.
May the Lord have mercy on us all !!!!
